At GrowGlobalTech, we strive to provide high-quality IT services, website themes, and e-commerce solutions. Because we offer both digital downloads and time-intensive professional services, we have established the following refund guidelines to ensure clarity for our global clients.
Due to the nature of digital assets, all sales of Website Themes, UI Kits, and Digital Templates are final.
No Refunds: Once a theme has been purchased and the download link has been accessed or sent to your email, we cannot offer a refund.
Why? Digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, and once accessed, the intellectual property remains with the buyer.
Exceptions: If there is a technical defect in the file that prevents it from working as advertised, and our support team cannot fix it within 7 business days, a refund may be considered at our discretion.
For our recurring services (Amazon Account Management, SEO, PPC Ads, Social Media):
Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with a 15-day notice before the next billing cycle.
Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the current billing month. If you cancel mid-month, your services will continue until the end of that paid period.
Service Performance: While we guarantee our best efforts and professional strategies, we do not offer refunds based on “lack of sales” or “market fluctuations,” as marketplace results depend on third-party algorithms and competition.
For one-time custom projects:
Deposit: The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once the project has entered the design or development phase.
Milestone Payments: Once a project milestone is approved by the client and payment is made, that portion of the fee is non-refundable.
Full Refund: A 100% refund of the deposit is only available if the project is cancelled within 48 hours of payment AND work has not yet started.
We prefer to resolve any issues directly with our clients.

Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed without prior communication will result in the immediate suspension of all active services and themes without notice.
