Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GrowGlobalTech. By accessing our website (https://growglobaltech.com/) and purchasing our IT services, website themes, or monthly packages, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Services and Digital Products

• IT Services: Includes web development, e-commerce management, and digital marketing. Scope of work is defined in individual project proposals.

• Website Themes: These are digital products. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme for your business.

• Monthly Packages: These are recurring subscriptions for ongoing management (SEO, Ads, Account Management).

2. Payment and Subscriptions

• Billing: All monthly packages are billed in advance.

• Taxes: Prices are subject to applicable taxes (GST in India / International taxes for USA, Canada, Australia).

• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services (including website hosting or ad management) if payments are delayed by more than 7 days.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Digital Themes: Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds will be issued once the theme file has been accessed or downloaded.

• Monthly Packages: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with a 15-day notice. However, payments already made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

• Service Projects: For custom development, refunds are only applicable if the project has not yet reached the “Design Phase.”

4. Intellectual Property

• Until full payment is received, all custom code and designs remain the property of GrowGlobalTech.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or “nulled” our website themes or digital assets.

5. Client Responsibilities

• For E-commerce and Ad management, the client must provide necessary access (Seller Central, Ad Manager) in a timely manner.

• GrowGlobalTech is not responsible for account suspensions by third-party platforms (Amazon, Google, Meta) unless caused by proven gross negligence on our part.

6. Limitation of Liability

GrowGlobalTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from the use of our themes or services. We do not guarantee specific sales targets as marketplace algorithms are outside our direct control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Haryana, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ambala.
